% 12.03.2020 This petition is for quashing of FIR No.49/2016 under Section 406/498A/34 IPC P.S. CAW Cell, Nanak Pura. The FIR was lodged because of the matrimonial disputes and now the disputes have since been settled vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 22.08.2017. The parties have divorced each other vide divorce decree dated 20.03.2018. The learned counsel for the complainant wife is also present and does not dispute these facts.

In view of the submissions made, the FIR bearing No. 49/2016 registered at P.S. CAW Cell, Nanak Pura stands quashed and so also the proceedings emanating therefrom.

Petition and pending application stand disposed of.

Copy of the order be given Dasti, as prayed.
