By the present writ petition, the Petitioner herein prays for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the Respondents to renew the Petitioner's enlistment in the list of contractors. The Petitioner also prays for setting aside the order rejecting its technical bid as the Petitioner is not a listed contractor. 4.
The learned counsel representing the Petitioner admits that the second prayer made in the present writ petition cannot be granted because the Petitioner was not and is not a listed contractor, which is one of the pre-conditions.

restricts his prayer to the inclusion of the Petitioner's name in the list of contractors. The Petitioner is stated to have submitted an application in this regard on 16.03.2026.

The learned counsel representing the Respondents submits that he has no instructions in the matter.

Keeping in view the limited prayer made in the present writ petition, the same is disposed of while requesting the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's application for enlistment expeditiously and preferably within a period of next six weeks. 8.
It is made clear that this Court has not examined the entitlement of the Petitioner and the Respondents shall be free to pass appropriate order(s) in accordance with law.
