% 13.03.2019 CM APPL. 11682/2019 (Exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

Application stands disposed of.

LPA 169/2019 & CM APPL.11681/2019 (Stay) Considering that on the plea of violation of the principles of natural justice the learned writ Court has only remanded the matter for fresh proceedings in accordance with law, therefore, so far as remand order is concerned, we see no reason to interfere in the matter. The second contention raised by the appellant regarding declaration LPA 169/2019

and uploading of the result of his score in the 60th National Shooting Championship competitions (Big Bore) 2017, 300M Rifle Prone Men held on 04.04.2017 has not been granted.

This issue seems to have been raised but not considered by the writ Court. That being so, we grant liberty to the appellant to file a review application before the writ Court on this aspect. In view of the above, this appeal and application stand disposed of. Dasti.
