The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 528 read with Section 529 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking directions to the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class (NI Act)-03, South East District, Saket Courts (Trial Court) for the time bound disposal of the case bearing CT No. C/2547/2020 titled "Lakhpat Singh vs. Growious Multipro Pvt. Ltd.".

After addressing some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an application seeking expeditious trial of his case before the learned Trial Court.
