HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 08.03.2018 Respondent no.2 Ms. Radha Bhardwaj is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Surender of police station Begumpur. Respondent no. 2 says that petitioners are her neighbours. Respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with petitioners of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts, Delhi on 6t November, 2017 and she has no objection in case FIR is quashed against the petitioners. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal
proceedings pending.
Accordingly, in the interest of justice, FIR No.233/2013 under Sections 354/323/506/509/34 IPC registered at Police Station Begumpur and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
