The Petitioner, through the present petition under article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeks following prayers: "A. Direct the Learned Mahila Court to fix an early hearing date for the Interim Arguments in CT CASE 1244/2022 and hear the same within a fixed time period and/or B. Direct the Learned Mahila Court to hear the Interim Maintenance arguments of both the parties and decide/allow an Interim Maintenance amount for the Petitioner-Mother and Petitioner No.2 and/or C. Direct the Learned Mahila Court to fix an ad interim maintenance for both the Petitioners during the pendency of the Interim Maintenance Arguments and D. Pass any other Order or direction as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit." 2.
Counsel for the Petitioners states that Respondent No. 1 is delaying the matter before the Trial Court and the Court may fix an early date for arguments on interim arguments in CT CASE 1244/2022. 3.

jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. This Court cannot monitor the board of the Trial Court. The scheduling of dates is determined by the concerned Judge, taking into account several factors such as the judge's docket, the urgency, vintage and complexity of the matter. If the Petitioners have valid reasons for an expedited hearing, the proper course of action would be to file an appropriate application before the Trial Court seeking the said relief.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed. 5.
Disposed of along with pending applications.
