This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers :- "i. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction thereby quashing and setting aside the impugned demolition order No.F.01(0-2)/25- 26/DD/BDP/SE/DDA/502, dated 24.03.2026 issued by the respondent No.4;

ii. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction restraining the Respondents from carrying out any demolition or interfere in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

the peaceful and settled possession of the Petitioner in property in question admeasuring 1 Bigha Land comprising of Khasra Nos. 976/934/613, 977/934/613, 978/934/613 and 765/613, situated Village Maidan Garhi, Tehsil Mehrauli, now known as Lane W22, Western Avenue, Sainik Farms, New Delhi without adopting the due course of law as has been directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India; iii. During the pendency of the above captioned writ petition, restrain the respondents from entering/ visiting / demolishing the existing structures and boundary walls of the property in question admeasuring 1 Bigha Land comprising of Khasra Nos. 976/934/613, 977/934/613, 978/934/613 and 765/613, situated Village Maidan Garhi, Tehsil Mehrauli, now known as Lane W22, Western Avenue, Sainik Farms, New Delhi without adopting the due course of law as has been directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India;

iv. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents to undertake proper demarcation of the property in question through the competent authorities, in accordance with law, and to determine the correct khasra identification before initiating any coercive action against the Petitioner. ..." 2.

Mr. Peswani, learned counsel for the petitioner, draws my attention to the notice dated 05.03.2026 wherein demolition action is proposed in Khasra Nos. 580, 581, 582, 583, 585, 588, 589, 590, 591, 596, 606, 607, 608 and 609.

It is stated that the petitioner's property is in Khasra No. 613 and not The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

For the said reason, issue notice.

Ms. Bhutani, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No. 1 and 2, Mr. Pathak, learned standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No. 3 and Mr. Dhawan, learned standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No. 4. 6.

Mr. Dhawan, learned standing counsel, on instructions states that for the time being there is no demolition action on the Khasra No. 613 and if the property of the petitioner is situated on Khasra No. 613, the same is not to be demolished. However, if the petitioner has encroached on Khasra Nos. 606/607 his property will be demolished.

Taking Mr.

Dhawan's statement on record and binding the respondents to the same, the petition is disposed of as there is no demolition on the Khasra No. 613 where the property of the petitioner is said to be situated.

In case there is any further threat of demolition of petitioner's property at Khasra No. 613, the petitioner will be entitled to approach the Court.
