This is the Second Regular Appeal against the Order of the learned Appellate Court dated 20.12.2019 whereby the findings on issue No. (d) in respect of which the present Second Appeal has been filed, was the determination of mesne profit @ Rs.5,000/- per month since 31.08.2010 till the handing over of the possession of the Suit property. 2.

Learned Counsel on behalf of the Respondent/tenant submits that the Respondent/tenant has already handed over the possession to the Appellant. 3.

None is present on behalf of the Appellant.
