% 21.11.2025 I.A. 29103/2025 (u/O-XXIII Rule 3 of the CPC) 1.

This is a joint application filed on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') seeking a decree in the suit on the basis of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

The present application has been signed by the parties as well as their respective counsel and is supported by affidavits of the parties. 3.

The Settlement Agreement dated 26th September, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement'), which bears the signatures of the plaintiff and the defendants, has been placed on record.

The parties are present through video conferencing, and affirm their signatures on the Settlement Agreement as well as the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

I have perused the terms of the Settlement Agreement and do not find anything unlawful therein.

The parties shall comply with the terms of the Settlement Agreement and shall remain bound by the same.

7.

The application stands disposed of.

In view of the order passed above, a decree is passed in the suit in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Let decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.

10.

The Settlement Agreement shall form a part of the decree sheet. 11.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
