% 28.02.2020 The learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset fairly submits that the Rules referred to in the petition are no longer applicable. During the course of his submission, he has referred to the Delhi Prison Rules, 2018. In view of the fact that the present petition seeks permission to interview the convicts who are to be executed on 03.03.2020, and without prejudice to the rights and contention of the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition.
