The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.2/Delhi Jal Board (DJB) to remove the iron enclosure and iron panel installed on Phirni Road in front of Plot No. 18 and other residential plots at Village Khizrabad, Tehsil Mehrauli, New Delhi. Photographs of the iron enclosure have been filed along with the present petition (Annexure P-4).

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the said installation has been done by the respondent no.2/DJB.

When the petition came up for hearing on 13th April, 2026, counsel for the respondent no.2/DJB took time to verify the position. 4.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.2/DJB submits that the aforesaid iron enclosure and iron panel have been removed. 5.

In view thereof, the relief sought in the writ petition stands satisfied. 6.

The writ petition, along with pending application(s), stands disposed of.
