This is a joint application filed under Section under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking to take on record the settlement executed between the parties and thereafter, in view of the settlement, the execution petition be disposed of. 2.
As per the settlement, the demand draft has been handed over in Court today and the decree-holder on instructions of the Authorised Representative, wishes to withdraw the execution petition. 3.
The decree-holder also assures that the decree holder will take necessary steps for withdrawing of other petitions as mentioned in Para 3 of the present application.
