1. On 22.08.2024, this Court had, after noticing that mediation proceedings had failed, directed both parties to remain physically present in Court.

2. While the respondent appears in person, neither anyone appears on behalf of the appellant, nor is he present in Court. We, therefore, have no other option except to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution.

3. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
