% 13.03.2019 Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is afforded one opportunity to cross-examine PW14-SI Shivraj Rawat (Investigating Officer), subject to cost of `10,000/- to be deposited with the Delhi Legal Services Authority.

Trial Court is directed to fix a date for cross-examination of PW14 on which date petitioner's counsel shall crossexamine the said witness, subject to petitioner producing receipt evidencing deposit of cost.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.

Copy of the order be given Dasti to the counsel for the petitioner under the signatures of Court Master.
