After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to raise all the contentions before the Trial Court.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, at this stage, submitted that the Directors of the petitioner company may be exempted from

appearance before the Trial Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submitted that bailable warrants issued against the petitioners may also be cancelled. Liberty is given to the petitioners to move an application for the purpose of exemption as well as for cancellation of the bailable warrants, which may be decided by the Trial Court, taking into consideration the facts of the present case, as per law.
