By way of the present application, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 002/2026 dated 08.01.2026, registered at Cyber Police Station South West, registered under Section 318(4), 319(2), and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, has handed over a status report dated 20.04.2026, and the same is taken on record.

After some arguments, Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, without prejudice to the rights and remedies available to the applicant, in accordance with law.
