This is an application under Section 438 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned APP submitted that the charge-sheet is going to be filed within two days before the concerned Court and the petitioner is no more required for the purposes of investigation. 3.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned APP, in the event of his arrest, the petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO and further subject to the condition that he shall join and cooperate in the investigation, as and when called by the IO/SHO in writing; that he shall not involve
in any activity which may prejudice the prosecution or the witnesses.
