The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India assailing the decision of the respondents to declare him medically unfit for enrolment in the Indian Air Force for which he had applied pursuant the advertisement issued in December 2019 for recruitment of Airmen in Group ̳X' and Group ̳Y' trades in the Indian Air Force. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the very recruitment process initiated pursuant to the aforesaid advertisement stands cancelled. He, therefore, prays that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is liable to be dismissed on this ground alone. 3.

that he was wrongly declared medically unfit. We accordingly, dispose of the present petition by making it clear that the impugned decision of the respondents declaring the petitioner as medically unfit for enrolment in the Indian Air Force, will not come in his way, in any future employment.
