% 02.03.2020 W.P.(C) 2322/2020 & CM APPL. 8156/2020 (for interim injunction) Ld. counsel for the respondents submits that without getting into the issue of maintainability of the instant petition inasmuch as, according to him, the subject matter of the petition falls within the domain of Central Administrative Tribunal, the issues agitated in the instant petition can be looked into by the respondents and a decision taken thereon. In view thereof, ld. counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition and submits that the instant petition may be treated as a representation of the petitioner to be decided in a time bound manner without prejudice to any of the pleas of the parties vis-a-vis the jurisdiction or otherwise. In view of the foregoing, keeping all the pleas on the question of jurisdiction and otherwise open, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat the instant petition as a representation of

the petitioner to be decided within four weeks from today and the decision thereof be communicated to the petitioner immediately. Pending application stands disposed of as well.
