% 17.09.2019 Today, we have disposed of W.P.(C) No.13566/2018 in which similar issues, as raised in this petition, have been raised. While disposing of the said writ petition, we have also taken note of the counter affidavit filed by the State authorities.

We, therefore, see no reason to further monitor this case and the writ petition is hereby disposed of in the light of the observations and directions made by us in the order dated 17th September, 2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.13566/2018.
