% 04.09.2017 CA No. 1059/2017 Petition was already disposed of vide order dated 06.03.2016. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter stands amicably settled and in lieu thereof the respondent is making payment of Rs.15,57,733/- by way of a demand draft dated 21.08.2017 bearing No.036848 in favour of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the TDS certificates be also handed over to the petitioner company as the TDS have been deducted. Hence, TDS certificate(s) be also handed over to the petitioner within four weeks from today. In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the application No.1059/2017. The application stands dismissed as satisfied. The petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the petition in case TDS certificate(s) are not handed over to it.
