By way of this application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.1220/14 under Sections 406/498A/34 IPC registered at PS Tilak Nagar. 2.
On the last date of hearing, it was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that all the dowry articles have been returned to the complainant as per seizure memo placed on record. 3.
Considering the fact that it is a matrimonial dispute, petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest he shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned IO/SHO. 4.
Petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
