The present Petition seeks to challenge an order dated 28.02.2025 [hereinafter referred to as "Impugned Order"] passed by the learned Civil Judge-02 (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Ex. No. 320/2024. 3.1 The Impugned Order is a miscellaneous order which sets out directions qua service, status report and notice in various applications. The operative part of the Impugned Order appears to be directions for filing of replies.
