% 28.02.2020 Vide order of 9th January, 2020 of this Court, this Court had directed transfer of SC No. 55956/2016, titled as State Vs. Yashpal Mahendru & Ors., filed in FIR No. 553/1999, under Sections 302/307/212/201/120B/34 IPC and 25/27 Arms Act, pending before learned ASJ-03, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to District North West, Rohini Courts, Delhi on the ground that the case pertains to police station Model Town, which falls under the jurisdiction of District NorthWest, Rohini Courts, Delhi. Today, the file has received by this Court with a covering letter dated 24th February, 2020 seeking modification of aforesaid order to the extent that police station Model Town, Delhi falls within the jurisdiction of District North, Rohini and not District North West, Rohini, Delhi. In view of the aforesaid, SC No. 55956/2016, titled as State Vs.

Yashpal Mahendru & Ors., in FIR No. 553/1999 under Sections 302/307/212/201/120B/34 IPC and 25/27 Arms Act, pending before learned ASJ-03, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi is transferred to to District North, Rohini Courts, Delhi.

Let the parties appear before learned District & Sessions Judge, District North, Rohini Courts, Delhi on 25th March, 2020 for assigning the aforesaid case to the competent court of jurisdiction at District North, Rohini Courts, Delhi.

The petitions stands disposed of with aforesaid directions. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned courts for necessary compliance.
