Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no. 1.

Respondent nos. 2 to 4 Ms. Usha Chand Barman, Mr. Sanjay and Ms. Anju are present in Court and accept notice.

They have been identified by SI Rajveer Singh of police station Govind Puri.

Respondent nos.2 to 4 submit that they have settled the matter with petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide a Compromise Deed dated 27th February, 2019. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 say that they have no objection in case FIR No. 1109/2015 under Sections 325/451/354/354-B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Govind Puri

and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Affidavits of respondent nos. 2 to 4 to this effect are also annexed with the petition. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
