The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "(a) Pass appropriate orders for the quashing of order dated 13.02.2023 passed by Ld. Additional Sessions Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi in Crl.Rev. Pet. No. 360/2022 titled "Intec Capital Limited vs. M/s Shree Radha Krishna Sales Corporation & Ors. and the passing of appropriate directions for the registration of FIR against respondent no.2 to 5, and or (b) Pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts of the present case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
