the school management shall take back the wards of the appellants on the rolls of the school. He, however, states that such action on the part of the school management will be without prejudice to its rights and contentions. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel representing the respondent No.3/ school nothing needs to be adjudicated in this Letters Patent Appeal which is hereby disposed of. 4.

We, however, clarify that the statement made on behalf of respondent No.3 will not be construed as any concession and shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the management of the school in the writ petition pending before the learned Single Judge. We further clarify that the statement made on behalf of respondent No.3 shall be confined to the appellants in this appeal alone.

We also find it appropriate to request the learned Single Judge to expedite the proceedings in the writ petition along with the connected writ petitions, and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks.

The appeal stands disposed of along with the pending application.
