Costs of Rs.3,000/- paid ld. counsel for defendant nos.4, 6 & 7. Cost imposed vide order dated 01.05.2015 be paid within a week. Ld. counsel for the plaintiff submits that suit property is situated at Defence Colony which falls under the jurisdiction of District South-East, Delhi, hence seekd transfer of present case to District South-East, Delhi. In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South-East), Saket, New Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket, Delhi on 21.03.2016.
