% 01.10.2018 Ex. APPL. (OS) 421/2018 1.

Dr. Amit George, who, appears for the decree holder says all that the decree holder requires is the revival of the petition and a direction for release of money which the judgment debtor has deposited in the Court along with accrued interest.

Dr. George, thus presses prayer clause (a) and (b). 3.

It is further submitted that if prayer clause (b) is granted, the decree shall stand satisfied.

Ms. Soumya Priyadarshinee, who, appears for the judgment debtor says that she has no objection if the prayer clause (a) and (b) are allowed. 5.

Prayer clauses (a) and (b) are allowed.

EX.P. 37/2012

5.1 The execution petition is revived.

6.2 Registry is directed to release the sum of Rs. 95,50,188/-, deposited by the judgment debtor along with accrued interest in favour of the decreeholder. 7.

The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. EX.P. 37/2012 8.

Execution petition is taken on board in view of the order passed in Ex. APPL. (OS) 421/2018.

Nothing survives in the petition.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
