O R D E R

In response to the summons issued vide order dated 27th February, 2020, the counsel for the defendants No.1&2 Ritu Arya and Sandeep Arya and the counsel for the defendant No.3 PVR Limited appear. 2.

The counsel for the defendants No.1&2 states that though the defendants No.1&2 are willing to affect the changes, but need three days time therefor.

The counsel for the defendant No.3 states that the defendant No.3 is only an exhibitor of the film with the impugned title. 4.

The counsel for the plaintiff has fairly stated that the defendants No.1&2 be granted two days time to affect the change. 5.

The defendants No.1&2 having agreed to affect the changes, it is not deemed appropriate to proceed with the suit for further reliefs. CS(COMM) 96/2020

Accordingly a decree is passed, in favour of the plaintiff and jointly and severally against the defendants, of permanent injunction in terms of prayer paragraph (a) of the plaint dated 27th February, 2020. However the said decree to come into effect from 0000 hours in the midnight between 3rd & 4th March, 2020.

The parties are left to bear their own costs. Decree sheet be drawn up.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
