After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with a direction to the Trial Court to decide the petition pending before it within three months, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a direction to the Trial Court to decide the petition pending before it preferably within three months, taking into
consideration that the petition was filed in 2016 and now the matter stands remanded back by the Appellate Court. All the pending applications are also dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petition.
