O R D E R

% 03.05.2016 The respondent has filed the counter affidavit according to which the respondent has complied with the order dated 9th September, 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the receipt of the amount in terms of order dated 9th September, 2015 but submits that the pension/ service record has not been corrected by the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the pension/service record has to be corrected by the Pension Trust who is not party in the contempt petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Pension Trust and in the event of his grievances not being redressed, the petitioner shall avail appropriate legal remedies available against the Pension Trust in accordance with the law. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. J.R. MIDHA, J.
