% 15.03.2019 After some hearing, upon his attention being drawn to the ruling of the Supreme Court reported as Parbatbhai Aahir alias Parbatbhai Bhimsinhbhai Karmur and Others v. State of Gujarat and Another, (2017) 9 SCC 641, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the captioned petition and the application filed therewith, reserving the right to seek compounding or quashing of the FIR after the question of charge has been considered. The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
