% 21.11.2017 In this writ petition, release of pensionary benefits is sought by the petitioner, whose husband has died on 4th September, 2016. Instead of making a representation to the respondent, petitioner has directly approached this Court. In the facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make a concise representation to respondent within 4 weeks.

Upon receiving of such a representation, the respondent shall decide it by a speaking order within 6 weeks and the fate of the representation be conveyed to the petitioner within 2 weeks thereafter so that petitioner may avail of the remedy as available in law, if need be. SUNIL GAUR, J.
