Admittedly, a statutory remedy of appeal is available to the petitioner. The ground of financial hardship is sought to be pressed. 2.
In our opinion, the said ground will hardly be of any consequence, particularly when the issue is governed by the statutory provision. 3.
In that view of the matter, we deem it appropriate to dismiss the petition by reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to file statutory appeal against the impugned order.
