O R D E R

% 19.01.2017 It is submitted that respondent no. 2 (complainant) and petitioners (accused) have settled their disputes vide a Compromise Deed dated 25th October, 2016. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Jaiveer Singh, P.S. Khajuri Khas, admits that she has settled the matter with petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, coercion and pressure.

Compromise Deed has been annexed as Annexure P-4. Respondent no. 2 further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed, in view of the compromise.

Keeping in mind the fact that parties have settled their disputes and respondent no. 2 is not willing to pursue the FIR any further, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, FIR No.520/2012 under Sections 420/467/468/471/406/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Khajuri Khas, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.
