The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent no. 1, i.e., Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") to stop and remove the illegal and unauthorized construction raised by respondent no. 2, at the property bearing no. 72, admeasuring 203 sq. yds., out of Khasra no.75,76, 85 to 89, 92 to 97, 105 to 107 and 120, situated in the area of Village Bindapur, colony known as Vani Vihar, R-Block, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059.

Pursuant to the directions of this Court, in order dated 20th March, 2025, a Status Report dated 05th July, 2025 has been filed on behalf of respondent - MCD, wherein, it is stated that the property in question already The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Further, the sealing action in the property was taken on 20th May, 2025, and the property has been sealed at six points at stilt/parking, three points at the main entrance of the stilt floor at the front side and three points at the back entrance of the stilt/parking floor. The relevant portion of the Status Report in this regard, reads as under: "xxx xxx xxx

That in order to execute the above said sealing order dated 09.05.2025, a sealing program was fixed by the department for 20.05.2025: On that day, during the course of sealing action, the property was sealed at six (06) points at Stilt/Parking, three (03) points at the main entrance of the Stilt Floor at the front side, and three (03) points at the back entrance of the Stilt/Parking floor. After the aforesaid sealing there is no way to enter the plot/premises. Photographs taken at the time of sealing action are annexed herewith as Annexure-'G'.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is satisfied with the action taken by the MCD and does not wish to press the present petition. He, thus, submits that he has the instructions to withdraw the present petition.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, is accordingly disposed of, as satisfied.
