O R D E R

% 15.03.2019 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that his mother has passed away on 7th March, 2019.

On a notice being issued a status report and nominal roll has been filed. As per the status report the factum of death of the petitioner's mother on 7th March, 2019 has been verified. Family of the petitioner comprises of his wife and two small children. Further as per the nominal roll the petitioner was lastly on continuous parole from 12th October, 2018 to 17th January, 2019. Considering the fact verified and that the petitioner has already availed parole for nearly three months, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner a period of ten days only. W.P.(CRL) 764/2019

Consequently, the petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of 10 days on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent concerned.

Petition is disposed of.
