At the very outset, Ms. Theepa Murugesan, learned CGSC appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents have taken a decision to consider the case of the petitioner independent of Clause 2(v) of the Summer Chain Transfer Guidelines dated 25 October 2023 issued by the Directorate General, Central Reserve Police Force. 2.

In that view of the matter, Mr. Abhay Kumar Bhargava, who appears for the petitioner and submits that his client's grievance in the writ petition stand assuaged.
