% 14.03.2018 Mr.Vijay Kumar, respondent no. 3, is present in person. He submits that no default in payment of the loan installment has been committed by the respondent no. 1 and in fact, even the last pending installment has been paid as recently as day before yesterday.

In view of the above, counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order dated 22.01.2018 shall stand vacated.
