This application is, accordingly, disposed of. W.P.(C) 2571/2019 After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner restricts to prayer (a), (e) and (f) which is reproduced as under:- "a) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus and /or any other appropriate Writ/Order/Direction of like nature thereby directing the Respondents to clear the domiciliary treatment bills of the petitioner from 21.09.2014 till 30.07.2016; and (e) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus and / or any other appropriate Writ/Order/Direction of like nature thereby directing the respondents to release the complete salary of the petitioner from 01.11.2014 to 30.07.2016; and (f) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus and / or any
other appropriate Writ/Order/Direction of like nature thereby directing the Respondents for effecting Enhancement in pension by counting complete service in Vijaya Bank up to the date of retirement which is 30.07.2016;"

Counsel for respondents accept notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 &2.
With the consent of the parties, the present petition is taken up for disposal.
Keeping in view the averments of the petition and the submissions of counsel for the parties, I hereby dispose of the petition directing the respondents to take decision within four weeks, on the prayers mentioned above, on receipt of this order. The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
