Mr. Hanu Bhaskar, learned CGSC appearing for the respondent submits that since the petitioner had superannuated on 30.09.2023, the requisite papers in respect of her retiral benefits have already been sent by the respondent to the Department for payment of her terminal benefits.

In view of the aforesaid, Mr. Peeyoosh Kalra, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection, in case the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submissions of Mr. Bhaskar, as also Mr. Kalra, the present petition along with pending application is dismissed as the same has become infructuous. 4.

However, in case, there is any grievance left, the petitioner may initiate the proceedings in accordance with law.
