% 14.03.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only relief pressed in this petition is that the time for depositing 50% of the cheque amount within one month may be extended.

Accordingly, time for depositing 50% of the cheque amount, as ordered by the Appellate Court, is extended by forty five days from today. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
