OMP(Misc.)(Comm.) 99/2019 This petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for making of the Award by the Arbitral Tribunal adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties.

Counsel for the respondent who appears on an advance notice submits that the respondent has no objection if the time for making of the Award is extended by this Court.

Having perused the contents of the petition and no objection expressed by the respondent, the time for making of the Award is extended till 29.08.2019.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
