% 28.02.2020 The matter has been received by way of transfer from Division Bench - V.

C.M. No. 8147/2020 (exemption) Exemption is allowed subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of.

LPA 123/2020, CM Appls 8146/2020 & 8148/2020 After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants wishes to withdraw the present appeal. He, however, prays that the time for depositing the amount be extended by a period of six weeks from today. Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, the time for depositing the amount of Rs.28,04,449/- is extended by a period of six weeks. It is clarified that the appellants shall be at liberty to deposit cheques in its bank

accounts. It is further clarified that no withdrawal shall take place from the bank account of the appellants except for making payment to the respondent. After the amount due and payable to the respondent is deposited by the appellant, the appellant shall be free to operate its bank account. In view of the aforesaid order, the present appeal along with all pending applications are disposed of.
