% 14.03.2018 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents are interested in amiable settlement of the disputes with the petitioner and for this purpose, hands over post dated cheques of the amount due and payable by the respondents to the petitioner till the month of March 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the above, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh in case need so arises in future.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The interim order dated 22.01.2018 stands vacated.
