Ms. Saroj Bidawat, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), submits that though she had the instructions by way of the WhatsApp message on her phone, however, she inadvertently could not see it.

Therefore, she submits that she could not bring to the notice of this court the fact regarding the appeal pending before the Appellate Tribunal MCD ("ATMCD"), filed by respondent no. 3.

The aforesaid statement is taken on record.

Considering the fact that an appeal has already been filed by the respondent no. 3, which is pending before the ATMCD, i.e., appeal bearing No. 137/23, titled as "Krishna Devi Versus MCD", which is stated to be The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Accordingly, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, stands disposed of.
