O R D E R

% 09.02.2018 1) The respondent is present in Court and so is the petitioner No.1. Petitioner No.2 is the wife of petitioner No.1. Petitioners are represented by counsel, Mr. R.P.S. Bhatti. Likewise the respondent is represented by Mr. B. Sharma, Advocate. 2) The writ petition is disposed of with the consent of parties and their counsels based on the following agreed directions: - i) The petitioners will vacate the subject property on or before 9.08.2018.

ii) The petitioners will hand over vacant and peaceful possession of the subject property to the respondent on or before the aforementioned date.

iii) The petitioners will file an undertaking by way of an affidavit within two weeks from today stating therein clearly that they will vacate the subject property and hand over vacant and peaceful possession to the respondent on or before the date indicated above i.e., 9.08.2018.

3) Furthermore, the parties will ensure that peace and harmony is maintained amongst themselves.

4) The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. The impugned order is varied only to the extent given above. 5) No costs.
