A Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of petitioner for quashing of FIR No.924/2015 under Section 186/353/333 IPC and Section 132 of Motor Vehicle Act registered at Police Station Pandav Nagar.

After some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

In view of the submissions made, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn and is accordingly disposed of along with the pending application.
