Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, at the outset, submits that, inadvertently, certain necessary documents have been missed out at the time of filing of the present Petition. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner therefore seeks to withdraw the present Petition in order to file it afresh after including the necessary documents.

Liberty, as sought for, is granted.

Accordingly, the present Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
